Commercial television has long provided a good source of revenue for movies once they are no longer in the theatres and there is no reason why this can’t work for games too. While this may sound like spyware to you it is not. Zango prides itself on telling you upfront that the games you install from them do contain this ad engine. The typical user will only see 2 or 3 ads a day and these are not your typical ads... most of them are targeted competitor websites. For example if you type in www.some_travel_site.com you may get another browser window that opens and shows you another site you can check on. The best part about Zango is that they are telling you upfront about this ad engine and you can uninstall it at any time. We (tornadogames.com) have tested this and it works! If anyone uses this program and they are not able to uninstall the Zango program directly from add/remove programs please let us know right away so we can check into this and drop Zango from our site if needed. We feel that Zango is offering a legit software package otherwise we wouldn't put it on our site. We are not about being tricky or sneaky, we want to offer safe entertainment options to our users and this is one of them.
